Michael Johnson Joins Capital GES

We are thrilled to announce that Michael Johnson has joined Capital GES as Vice President of Business Development, based in the US. This appointment is in response to significant business growth, particularly across the US and Latin America with recent expansion into Chile.

Michael joins our fast-growing US team and brings vast experience to the role, having previously worked across a number of sales and leadership positions at the two largest Professional Employer Organisations (PEO’s) in the US, as well as spending several years on a venture of his own.

Speaking on the appointment, Nick Broughton, SVP of Sales & Business Development at Capital GES said: “It has been a tremendously successful period for Capital GES that has seen us significantly grow our worker base internationally and further cement ourselves as the world’s most trusted employment solutions partner.

“Michael brings a wealth of experience within the US PEO market and is ideally placed to leverage his network and knowledge in order to capitalise on the explosive growth in the Employer of Record (EoR) / International PEO space.”

Michael Johnson adds: “Capital GES supplies a service that is in high demand within our industry, as staffing companies struggle with the cost and complexities associated with hiring international contractors and employees.

“I’m excited to be joining a company that has built a global reputation of excellence throughout its 27 years in this sector, and to play a key role in expanding the brand in the US.”

Our operation has seen a period of sustained growth since its launch and following our rebrand from Capital Consulting to Capital Global Employment Solutions in 2016. Michael’s appointment marks a further commitment from Capital GES to expand in the US market and service its growing client base in the region.
